You can have a prayer life, if you want a prayer life.  You gotta have the want to. 
You can be a witness for Christ, but you gotta have the want to. 
You can preach, even if you have physical problems, all kinds of challenges.  If He calls you to preach, it doesn’t matter what you don’t have, because He has what you don’t.  You can do it!  You just gotta have the want to. 
 

In a world as tormented and confused as ours, we desperately need God’s wind and fire to energize us.  Can we just humble ourselves and seek God with all our heart, praying for “something from heaven”? 

These cries of hopeful desperation will be the seeds that produce the revival we long for. 
Are you willing to declare your desperation? 

We will never change unless we come to grips that we can’t be saved by religion, but only through the power of the gospel.  As we surrender our self-salvation projects to God and receive His gracious gift of salvation, we will experience the rest, the love, and the transformation that marks a child of God. 

What if the Church was known for the Gospel? 

Here is what I know: You will never stand for Christ unless you’ve made a commitment to Christ.  Have you had that define the relationship conversation with Jesus?  What’s it going to be?  A commitment or an imitation of the real thing?

If you find yourself in a Babylon Mindset today there is only one way out. It is a turning from your way of thinking to God’s way of thinking.  It is understanding who you are before a Holy God.  It is understanding that He alone is Worthy!  And that we alone are needy. 

Are there disconnects in your life? 
Are there discrepancies between what you desire in your heart and what you are doing with your life? 
Is there alignment between your intention and your direction?
