God doesn’t just call us to things we expect to be called to. Sometimes, He leads us to things that we feel unequipped or ill-equipped to handle. Things way outside our comfort zone. 

Before you take the land, before you move forward, before you fight, do this:  Remember.  Remember what God has done.  Build a monument.  

We don’t prepare for the coming of the Hebrews, but we do live with an eye toward the second coming of our Joshua (Jeshua)—Jesus Christ.  God’s grace offers you hope and a future.  Stop holding yourself back if God is calling you forward. 

The same incredible, powerful force that raised Christ from the dead will turn every “I can’t” into “I can’t, but God can.”  Yes, every saint has a past, but every sinner has a future.  God is calling us forward.  What’s holding you back?  Kill the excuses.  Let’s go!

A new year is an intuitive time to do some self-assessment, to set goals, and to focus on what could potentially bring the transformation we long to see.

Jesus is the central point of history and your story.  Have you come to know him?  That’s what God has been saying to you, even in all of your pain or in chasing after pleasure.  He’s trying to get you to see that life is fragile, and that there is no joy on earth that can sustain you or fill you.  You were created for something more.  There is a love and a joy from outside this world that will transform your life if you will receive it and His name is JESUS.
